In 2007, 5, 6 and 7 Powis Villas was purchased, two beautiful Grade II listed Victorian villas, in the most sought after area in central Brighton. Both properties were carefully restored by River Oaks Homes, retaining the best of the traditional while incorporating the new to create two magnificent family homes.
In 2002 River Oaks Homes developed Belvedere Creek, which consisted of 30 homes, 11 house, ten apartments and two penthouses. The listed Victorian mill, house which forms the focal point of the development, was also converted to provide six further apartments, penthouse and a quality restaurant.
In 1999 the company acquired a large site also on the Ridge at the entrance of Hastings close to Battle. Beauport Cove consisted of 67 houses and 12 apartments.
In 1995 River Oaks Ltd was incorporated with a view to developing Ore Place. An exclusive development of 22 large family luxury homes adjoining St Helens Park, 200 acres of conservation parkland, on the Ridge at Hastings. The development was completed in 1998.
