At River Oaks Homes we are committed to delivering positive economic, social and environmental impacts through our developments; often in partnership with local authorities, community groups and our supply chain.
Community
We aim to make a positive impact on the local communities in which our developments are located. We engage with local residents and businesses to deliver buildings and amenities that benefit the local neighbourhood.
Environment
We promote the Considerate Constructors Scheme, a scheme which promotes protection of the natural environment. Our developments are designed to achieve at least level 3 Code for Sustainable Homes. It is our aim to make a positive difference through considerate development.
People
We employ a close knit team of individual professionals. Committed to nurturing and motivating our people, we encourage training programs and support those who are enrolled in education courses that lead to beneficial qualifications.
Equal Footings is a non-profit organisation that is committed to building homes and providing job opportunities to inspire, empower and transform young lives throughout Brighton & Hove. Founded by professionals within the property sector, the charity aims to tackle youth homelessness at a practical level by providing a safe place to call ‘home’. It also teaches vital life skills steering young people towards a more prosperous and independent future.
The T.E.A Project is a children’s rights led organisation that works to empower Sri Lankan children from poverty. It believes that all children have the right to Provision, Prevention, Participation & Protection so provides training, support and guidance to schools, orphanages and grassroots organisations. By working directly with marginalised, vulnerable children and young people from poor communities, the charity helps to give them a voice - developing ambition, skills, knowledge and more opportunities for their future.
